What each interface would do

This is a prototype, built to prove the concept. Nothing here is a finished product, and everything is at a primitive stage of development. The screens are deliberately early-stage: they exist so staff and trustees can click through something real, see what is possible, and say what the finished system should do before any real development begins. They have been built in consultation with GrowTH staff, using their feedback.

The data is invented. Names, dates, venues and numbers are placeholders chosen to make each screen legible, not records of real guests. Buttons and flows work far enough to show intent; many do not yet go anywhere, and none of it is connected to a live system.

Two of the seven interfaces have not been built at all (church coordinator and church volunteer).
